We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and governance of digital mental health and AI-enabled initiatives. This role will drive product vision, ensure responsible AI deployment, and coordinate cross-functional delivery across engineering, data science, UX, and operations teams. The ideal candidate combines product management expertise with a deep understanding of AI systems, governance, and user-centered design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and maintain product vision, translate strategic objectives into actionable backlogs, and adjust priorities based on data and feedback.
  • AI Product Design & Governance: Develop use cases for AI-enabled features, embed safeguards and explainability into design, define model evaluation metrics, and oversee responsible AI governance.
  • Delivery & Coordination: Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and PRD development; ensure alignment across frontend, backend, analytics, and ML components; coordinate UAT and release readiness.
  • Data & Impact Tracking: Define KPIs, measure user behavior and AI performance, and guide product iteration and scaling decisions based on evidence.
  • Documentation & Risk Management: Maintain comprehensive documentation, support compliance and audit processes, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • User Research & Validation: Conduct research with diverse stakeholders, oversee pilots and controlled rollouts, and translate findings into product improvements.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Contribute to ongoing development, evaluation, and scaling of digital mental health and AI innovations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in product management, ideally within AI, healthcare, or regulated environments.
  • Good understanding of AI/ML concepts, governance frameworks, and responsible AI practices.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to define KPIs, interpret data, and drive evidence-based product decisions.
